Retail Tenancy Plans are the perfect tool to help tenants, designers and Centre Management with their retail space assessment.

A Tenancy Plan eliminates the conflict and hassle over retail space leasing, design and management by providing the “bare bones” of the tenancy. This shell is represented in a clear, concise manner, that includes a variety of base building services that all parties have agreed on.

Our standard package includes Base Floor Plans, Mechanical and Services Ceiling Plans, Shop Front Elevation and associated advertising space.
